A grill and picnic bench invite you to enjoy meals al fresco. The house provides centralized heating and cooling for comfort, with a mini-split in the primary bedroom for optimal climate control. LAUNDRY ROOM Fully-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer is provided, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay. PARKING Convenient parking is available for guests with access to a 2-car garage. Guest Access: Guest access to the garage is restricted. Guests do have access to all the other portions of the home. Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 25 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.
