Pool has diving board on deep end and is open year-round. Wonderful scenic foothills neighborhood, hiking/biking trails literally across the street. All 4 upstairs bedrooms open to connected balconies with fantastic views of city and mountains. Full size RV parking strip in side yard, ready for your rig!
