Come experience our mid-century modern oasis. Many guests comment on the peaceful energy of our space as it lends itself to total relaxation. Our home is expertly designed for our guests to experience total serenity paired with functionality. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is open from April 1 - Oct 15. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $65 per day. The top features of our space include: • 5 bedrooms/6 beds/3 bath • Impeccably designed backyard space with pool/hot tub/lounge space/ putting green and much more • Recently renovated with high-end features and a mid-century modern design • Fully stocked kitchen (and if we don’t have it, we will get it for you) • Game room including Shuffleboard/arcade game/bar area • Office space Other amenities include: • High-speed Wi-Fi- • TV- with access to all major subscription services • Central heating and cooling • Ironing board and steamer • Washer and Dryer • Hair dryer • Basic toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) • The garage can be used for secure parking • Record player • Island Seating • 8-person dining table • Outdoor Grill House rules and info: PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. It is also important that we let you know that we are located in a HOA residential neighborhood and PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Outdoor quiet hours start at 8 pm. This does not mean you can't be outside past 8 pm it just means that the sound level has to be minimal out of respect for our neighbors. Music is NOT allowed outside at any time. Only 4 cars are allowed onsite. If you do not follow these rules then the neighbors will call the cops and then I will be forced to have you evicted. Also, I have outdoor cameras on site so if I see these rules not being followed I will have you evicted. If for some reason you aren't able to follow these rules please let me know now and we will be glad to refund you in full. . The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is open from May 1 - Oct 15. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $65 per day. Please be aware our pool company will allow themselves into the backyard to service the pool at any time without prior warning or consent. Up to two dogs are allowed at our house for a 200 fee. Unauthorized dogs on the premises will be subject to a 500 fine. Pets must be trained and can't be left outside unattended. Pets are not allowed upstairs. Pets can absolutely not be barking in the backyards or cause a disturbance to our neighbors. Guest must pooper scoop before leaving. Check-out time at 10 am is strictly enforced to ensure we have enough time to prepare the home for our next guest. Our cleaners will arrive promptly at 10 am. Please be aware we do have a Ring Security flood light mounted in the front of the house for our safety and security and yours. This is also a vital tool for ensuring the home is prepared before you arrive. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
