Historic cute duplex house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque. Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles), Presbyterian Hospital (0.4 miles), Oldtown(3.1 miles), Airport (2.3 miles), Popejoy Hall (1.2miles), UNMH (1.7 miles), VA Hospital (4.8 miles), and a block from beautiful Roosevelt Park(great for kids, pets and has a disc golf course) 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. 2 mins from I-25 and easy access to I 40. Locals inquire before booking. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This house was perfect for my family! It was in a great location and was a perfect home base for our vacation. It was clean, cozy, and quiet.

Check in was a breeze. The host provided detailed directions to get there, and how to use everything (wifi, smart lock, etc). The house is decorated so cute cute with a lot of ving3tage

My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband.
