Amenities include: *Pool *Hot tub *Pickleball court *Gym *Putting green *Game room *Fire pit Please note that bedroom 4 is the only bedroom upstairs, and has a twin XL foldaway bed in the closet if needed. Please note the garage is not available for use. The pool can be heated for a fee of $50 per day, and it must be heated the entire stay. The pool is open from April 1 - Nov 1. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very fun stay for everyone from kids to adults. The weather and a sick family member prevented us from doing all the things we planned to do in ABQ, which made having an enjoyable house even more important. Beautiful, clean property with a very responsive host. Yes, this property on the pricier side, but it was worth it to have all the family in one location along with all the fun amenities. Highly recommend!
