Smoking and Noise Policy: Non-Smoking and Drug-Free Home This home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free environment. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, or vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the immediate vicinity. A $500 fee will be charged if we detect any smoking in the residence or on the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside of the premises, away from the home. Smoke and Noise Detection: For your safety and the comfort of future guests, we have installed a smart smoke and noise detector inside the house. This device discreetly monitors both smoking activity—including vaping and the use of marijuana, cigarettes, and other substances—and noise levels during events or gatherings. If excessive noise or smoking is detected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, ask you to leave the property immediately, and you will forfeit any reimbursements. Please be respectful of the house and the surrounding area. Courtesy Quiet Hours: We ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. This includes keeping noise levels to a minimum and refraining from any disruptive behavior. Guest Access You’ll have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool during your stay. While the backyard is secured with a wooden privacy fence, please note there is no enclosure around the pool area. If you’re visiting with children or using the pool, you do so at your own risk. Parking There is plenty of parking available with space for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Outdoor Pool Use If you choose to use the pool, you assume all risk and liability. Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the pool area. Cleaning & Departure Instructions To help us prepare for the next guest, please: Load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. (Dishwasher pods are provided under the sink.)
