Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 fine for smoke removal. Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Breed restrictions apply and there is a pet fee on any approved pets. Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow for time to heat. Please note that the 3rd bathroom is a full bathroom outside by the swimming pool. It includes a shower. No local bookings without at least 3 Five Star Reviews or prior consent from host. No unauthorized guests at the property without prior approval.
