Wonderful front balcony to enjoy treetop views with a sledding hill. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: limit 2 total
Pets: $75 per stay for pets
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take all trash to designated Big Bear trash dump when checking out or there will be a $75 fine. (address in the house manual)

Terrible
They canceled our reservation 1.5 hours before we were to check in.
Excellent
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Cameron, was very responsive to all my questions. Thoughtful amenities such as board games, space heaters and extra blankets and pillows were all included. Very well maintained and clean upon arrival.
The pathway to the property is up a VERY steep hill. Easy parking space. If it snows/ices, you NEED snow chains. Our rental SUV could not make that climb. This was NOT the host’s fault as it states clearly in the description to have snow chains.
7 min walk to an easy, short hiking trail (Briarcone). 10 min drive to Snow Summit ski resort (we didn’t go to Big Bear but I believe that one is even closer to the property).
5 stars, we would chose to stay here again for sure!

This place was everything I expected plus more. Extremely cozy, great location, and close to shopping centers. Already planning to go back in a few weeks.
