All beds are full size not even queen and only 2 beds full one king and one bunk bed. For a family with 6 children this won’t work out for you… no way to fit 12 unless you like to spend the nights on the couch .
The house had so many spider webs, dead spiders, maybe because it was closed for too long and wasn’t cleaned well.
Pots and kitchen utensils aren’t in good shape to be used.
You can hear every step and voice in this house so don’t hope for a good night sleep unless you and your crew are in silent mode.
Location was nice but the deck was very dirty… couches and beds might have had ticks or bed bugs because everyone itches a lot after the first night.
Sorry but mostly sleeping and cleaning issues is what’s wrong with this house.
