We had a great experience in Big Bear, thanks to Big Bear Lakefront Cabins! We stayed at the Village Hot Spot, a cute little cabin. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but there is a hot tub, game room, and skylights that make it a great stay... more importantly, we love that it was walking distance to the village! It was absolutely a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars which helps avoid packed parking lots and drinking and driving! It's definitely a great option if you want to be close to the village.
