The cabin features 2 bedrooms w/ 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully remodeled & stocked kitchen, and a beautiful living room with a newly installed firebox fireplace. A large front porch wraps the cabin, with chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Guests can enjoy the entire property and outdoor space, which includes a secluded hot tub, a propane fire pit, a BBQ, horseshoes, darts, a large front yard for Bocce ball and sledding in the winter! It's easy to see why you'll be able to relax, unwind and connect with loved ones at our place. Just minutes to the lake, the village and the slopes, the location also makes our cabin a perfect choice for those coming to Big Bear for year-round adventures!

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please wash and put away any used dishes
Check-out instructions: Please make sure that the propane fire pit and/or wall heater are turned OFF before leaving
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
According to the City of Big Bear, quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and any violation of these hours may result in a fine
According to the city, parking on the street at any time is prohibited and subject to a fine. Please park in our driveway or spots down in front.
No trash may be left outside, or in the yard at any time, as this poses a threat to our local animal populations. Please take your trash with you.
