Pets: Pets allowed: cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Place used towels on the bathroom floor near the laundry area.
Empty all trash bins from the house.
-Must take the trash to the disposal site 1 mile away: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake.
Check-out instructions: Kitchen stove and lights must be turned off.
Securely close and lock all windows and doors.
If you used the heater, set the thermostat to 50°F before leaving.
Check-out instructions: Wash all dishes and leave them on the drying mat.
Note: A $25 charge applies for dirty dishes left for the cleaner.
Empty ashes from fire place into the metal bin in the backyard.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
