ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Beautiful custom counter tops, custom cabinets, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with convection bake function, Air Fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for additional seating. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Cuddle up next to the cozy wood burning fireplace on those chilly Big Bear nights. OUTDOORS - Large enclosed back deck with hot tub and outdoor kitchen area with built in natural gas barbecue. PARKING - 1 car driveway. During Winter Months, guests will need chains/cables to get to the home or a 4-wheel drive vehicle, as it is partially unpaved.
