Relax at our newly listed, charming bungalow. The open living and dining areas offer a spacious, yet cozy feel. The house is a 2 BR/2 BA with a private patio and fenced in back yard. You'll be 15 minutes from everywhere in a safe and quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 30+ day stays are available. Greenville offers a host of attractions. From our award winning Downtown/Main Street to the many outdoor sights and activities, this growing city is a great place to visit. Let us be your hosts! PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member! Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a \ clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - this additional cost is not calculated in the listing price and is due upon booking.
