We cant wait to host you! - Clean and sanitized with care, contactless entry - Private deck - Fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, and snacks - Safe and quiet neighborhood - 2 mile to all of Downtown Greenville's restaurants and shops We'd love to host your pets, just note that we do charge a pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights or less, upon reservation to cover extra cleaning. A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages on property. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

* Please do not wear shoes in carpeted areas of the home.
Smoking and partying are NOT allowed in our home. Otherwise, $750 will be charged for general cleaning.
Kindly keep your furry companion off the bed and all furniture. Otherwise, a penalty of $250 will be charged.

Great place for a little weekend getaway! The house was clean and cozy, and close to downtown. The yard was also a great size for our two pups. We will definitely book this house again!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and modern. The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is a bit transitional but we didn't have any issues and were nice and close to downtown.
