If you are looking for a spacious house in the Downtown Greenville area this is the perfect one for you. You have access to all of the best restaurants and cafes in Greenville within just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville or to the West End Art District. Just across the street from a brand new Spinx gas station and a brand new Burger King , as well as the most fancy restaurants. This house has a three bed rooms that includes king size, one Queen size bed and three twin beds, full kitchen, dining room, Laundry room and living room area and is a great space for a family. The house also has a large parking space in the back and a fenced in yard with a basketball hoop! You can also enjoy your evenings out on the balcony and enjoy the view! The best thing about this house is that it’s fully furnished and move in ready! Location, location, location! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was just over a mile to the shopping district of Greenville. It was not a walkable distance or a neighborhood you would want to walk to get to the heart of Greenville, but a quick drive. The house was spacious and comfortably housed our group of six.
Still have not received any response from the owners.
So disappointed. I have pictures of the mold.
