Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets. On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply. We have a 2 night minimum stay. No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
