General cleaning Products Electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash, and internet are all included. **IMPORTANT** Our HOA requires a copy of your ID and signed contract within 48 hours of booking. However, there is plenty of bbq grill by the pool. - You may not hang anything on the patio per the HOA rule. - All visitors MUST have prior approval from us the host. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the condo. - Under any circumstances, you must NOT cover, reposition, or tampered with the ring doorbell and patio cameras.
