The house is equipped with a private gym, backyard with pool, heated spa for your day & night entertainment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, near by the most desired shopping centers with variety of stores and top rated restaurants. Close by to some of the best Golf courses in Las Vegas and top rated local casinos. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Heating the pool in not Allowed.pool heating is available for $20 per/day. - Please contact us first to request, that you would like to heat the pool.

Excellent
Our stay was for a month and a 1/2. The house was perfectly sized, beautifully decorated, and situated within the the right amount of distance from the hustle & bustle of the strip. Not to mention the quickness in the owners answering and handling of the very minor questions we had…THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We are DEFINITELY booking again and would highly recommend to anyone else!!
