Upon arrival, you'll find two designated parking spaces conveniently situated right in front of the home. Enter through the front doors to discover a welcoming open-concept living area, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen boasts everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece, including pans, dishes, spices, and more. Our condo is in a residential area 1 mile from Downtown Greer. Uber is available, but we recommend bringing your own vehicle. Please note that the fire pit is a shared space with the other 3 units. Each unit has 2 designated parking spaces. Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
