Highly sought-after section of Wildwood Crest. Half a block from the kayak launch at Sunset lake and 3 blocks to the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beaches. Approximately 1 mile from the Wildwood Boardwalk. Walking distance of countless playgrounds including Sunrise park, which has a bike path, splash pad, and playground area. Bring your kayak's paddle boards and enjoy the Sunset, while also taking advantage of the beach 3 blocks away. We also have brand a brand new rinse-off area at our beach access. **************************************************************************************** Please note rental week is Sunday to Sunday starting June 22, 2025********** ************************************************************************************** The space First FloorAs you walk into the front door you will be greeted by a large family/living room area, which consists of a sofa, two recliners, and a TV with a Roku. There is also a hutch that a few games are provided in. Next, you will pass by a closet and half bath before walking into a large fully stocked eat-in kitchen. The kitchen consists of 4 counter-height chairs along with a kitchen table to seat 6 people. A TV is also provided in the kitchen area. Out of the backyard sliding doors, there will be a table with 6 chairs along with a grill and access to a shed to store any beach gear you may have. Second Floor Our second floor consists of 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with Queen size bed, a TV with ROKU, 2 closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom consists of a full-size bed, TV W/Roku, and a closet. Our 3rd bedroom consists of 2 twin-sized bunk beds and 2 closets. There is also a full bathroom with a Shower/tub to service the 2 bedrooms. - High-speed internet (Xfinity) - Beach Box available for use (Lock is Provided) -Propane Grill along with Table and chairs in the backyard available for use - We have two parking spots in front of our townhouse available for your use. We share a driveway with our attached neighbor. Please be aware of where their side of the driveway is to not impede on their two parking spots. ( There's a lighthouse in the middle of the raised flower bed, which is also the center of the townhouse). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for a closet in the half bath and a small pantry off of the kitchen. *Other things to note* We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. ***We do NOT supply sheets or towels however we do supply a comforter, pillows and an initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper will be available. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags will also be available for use. We will accept pets on a case-by-case basis. Also, anyone who brings their pet must provide proof of rabies vaccination in accordance with New Jersey law Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
