LICENSE G66 00347 About 4 miles to downtown Vegas the Fremont Experience and less than 6 to the STRIP!!! You can actually see the stratosphere from my backyard! Modern comfortable home w/plenty of room for 8 Adults! Backyard oasis with a pool, barbecue grill, lots of yard games & comfy loungers to catch some sun. Incredible game room with Pool table/ping pong table, darts, full size black jack table, karaoke machine and lots of games for the entire family (Yes this does include some adult drinking games). Guest interaction: While I live close and can come by should you need anything I have set up the house so that you should have everything you need and can come and go as you please. I'm always a text or phone call away though should you need anything. Neighborhood overview: The neighborhood is nice, quiet and quaint. It's right across from a nice public golf course. Getting around: There is public transportation close and the house is only 4 miles from the strip. I do recommend using Uber or Lyft to get where you want to go! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
