*FAMILIES & ADULTS 25+ ONLY* Perfect for your family vacation or weekend getaway! Single story 4br home in Wildwood Crest (2 Masters w/full private bath), 3.5ba, comfortably hosts 12 guests. A 1.5 block walk to Wildwood Crest's Diamond Beach- expansive white sand free family beach with outdoor bar & grill nearby, and just a 10min drive to the infamous Wildwood Boardwalk and Morey's Piers! House is within walking distance to coffee shops, delis, restaurants & parks. The perfect place for large family/families! •BEDROOMS• Master 1- King Bed with full private bathroom and walk in closet. Bathroom has a tub with detachable shower head. Master 2- Queen Bed with full private bathroom and walk in closet. Bathroom has a tub with detachable shower head. Middle Room 1- Queen Bed (new mattress!) with walk in closet. Shared bathroom with middle room 2. Bathroom has a step in shower. Middle Room 2- Two bunk bed sets, so 4 Twin Beds, with walk in closet. Shared bathroom with middle room 1. Bathroom has a step in shower. *Note*: Since 2020's cleaning service restrictions- all linen (bed sheets, comforters/blankets, pillow cases and bath towels) are not provided. Feel free to contact me for information on local linen rental services. •KITCHEN• Our home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and grand dining room. The kitchen island has an eat-at bar with seating for 4 and the dining room table seats 8. All cookware, glassware, flatware & dinnerware is provided (no paper products). Plenty of cabinet and counter space. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, oven, microwave, toaster, 4 burner cook top, and Keurig K-Duo with single serve k-cup and 12 cup carafe brewer. Everything you need to for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack time! A freezer chest is available in the garage for your use, •COMMON AREAS• With our open floor plan and cathedral ceilings each room flows right into the next giving the home a wide open, spacious feeling. The living room/family room area provides plenty of seating whether you want to relax and read a book or gather 'round for a movie, there is enough space for everyone. The grand dining room is not only large enough to fit everyone for a big family meal but is also a great space for game nights! Family room is also equipped with a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. •OUTDOOR SHOWER• Located just behind the back porch, a shower and foot rinse are available to wash off sand and beach gear when returning from the beach. Please note the shower is not enclosed for full bathing. •LAUNDRY ROOM• A full laundry room is located in the house with a top load washing machine and front load dryer. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are available for your convenience. •BEACH ITEMS• There are beach wagons in the garage for your use along with some boogie boards, chairs, coolers and sand toys. You’ll definitely want to rent/bring your own chairs as well as there may not be enough for everyone in your group. •WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING• Below items are all available through local rental services. -Bed sheets, comforters/blankets and pillowcases. The beds are equipped with a mattress topper and pillows with pillow protectors. -Bath linens- Bath towels, bath mats, hand towels -Beach towels -Extra beach chairs and beach gear -Garbage bags for bathroom bins •We rent strictly to families and adults 25yr or older. Absolutely NO high school or college groups, party groups or anyone under 25yo. No exceptions will be made. •Our home is as good as our renters treat it: Spring, Summer & Fall is 100% booked with back to back rentals. The condition of our house during the these months relies heavily on our renters- We are looking for families that will take care of our home with the same care and respect they would their own! •Summer renters 6/1 - 9/30 will need make sure trash and recycling are brought to the curb the night prior to designated pick up days. Same applies for off-season renters that have a reservation overlapping winter pickup day. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
