About this stay
This house was completely renovated in 2020 so everything is brand new! A single family home with 6 full sized beds, 2 full baths and 1 outdoor shower. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has it's own bathroom. One bedroom has 2 full over full bunk beds. The other upstairs bedroom includes a full bed. The house includes a huge yard that backs up to 26th street. This home is equipped with a tankless hot water heater so you never run out of hot water after a beach day. We hope to see you there! Please be sure to check out and understand our House Rules prior to booking. 5 minute drive to the convention center Easy street parking. Walking distance to great restaurants, liquor stores, CVS, and Acme. Right outside of N. Wildwood Quiet, easy street Hose access for washing off sand Front and back gate access to streets for easy parking We do NOT provide any linens or towels. All beds are full size. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Send a message to the host that you left.
Check-out instructions: If you had a pet, please clean up after it.
Check-out instructions: Clean up excessive mess or an additional cleaning charge will occur.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only guests on the lease allowed on the property. Please respect the property as if it is your own. No sand inside. Personal closets remain locked.
Do not eat/drink in bedrooms or move furniture/cameras. No illegal substances on the premises. Any parties will result in loss of security deposit.
Please respect the noise curfew. Absolutely no large gatherings. Please respect the check in and check out times. Take the trash/recycling cans out.

Overall, I was impressed with the property. It was in a nice location. It was quiet. The property was clean, but being it is pet friendly there was some dog hair in some places. It was easy to check in and out of and the property manager had good communication. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more. From the first day we talked until we left the communication was perfect. My family and I along with our furry friends enjoyed the relaxing environment and the cleanliness. I would definitely book with them again!

We had an amazing stay. The home was cozy, clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect, it was close to the beach and the supermarket. The host responded quickly to our messages and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place!

Great house and location in a quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Acme market nearby was a plus and Darren the host was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.
