This is one of the oldest fisherman's cottages left in historic Cape May. This is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath that is perfect for a family or couple getaway.
2 nd bedroom is upstairs loft with 2 twins and sitting room, Full kitchen, back yard with plenty of parking. 1 large screen Tv with WiFi, Bring your crab trap and fishing pole. Washer n dryer and all you need for a fun vacation. Walk to the marina, restaurants and shopping
Our cottage has everything you need. Large Back deck, outdoor grill, fenced in yard,
Sitting on a finger of the cape May harbor. Walk to restaurants, marinas, Antique store,Fishing, Boats and so much more,
Pets allowed with limitations for an additional pet fee of $150.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: 2 dogs allowed, pet fee of $200 per dog/sz limits
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights
Check-out instructions: All house linens washed and dried, all dishes cleaned, all poop
Picked up, cottage left in the same way as when you arrived ~
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must sign a rental agreement
Pet fee to be charged and pet addendum signed, fee for pet is per week or month depending on the stay
Reservation is NOT confirmed until the number of guests and ages of all travelers. Pet size, breed, and quantity are disclosed. within 48 hours
