Cozy backyard cottage getaway for 2 located one mile from the beach in a leafy residential neighborhood.
Walk our beautiful beaches for a sunset or sunrise. Bike through town and explore the many unique restaurants, clubs and shops.
Check out the entire cape from atop our light house while pods of dolphin play in the surf below. Don't forget your camera!
The cottage has a queen sized bed, full kitchen, air conditioning and heat, private bath with shower, cable TV, Wi-Fi, 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, 2 beach passes and off street parking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Adults only
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: Sorry no smoking in the cottage.
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Please be sure to leave the beach tags on the bookcase before leaving the cottage.
Check-out instructions: Please take out the trash, the cans are outside the gate next to the outdoor shower. Thank You!
