BIRDERS! Our house is located just a block from the 300 acre wildlife preserve, and a block from the beach. Well over 200 species have been documented within a half mile from the house! March and Aril are prime months for sightings. We are also just 12 minutes from Cape May Point state park. We are sold out for July and August, but still have a few openings for May and June. Beat the summer crowds! Our rental home is located in Cape May Beach, just one block from the beach and 1.5 blocks from the 300 acre preserve! The beach is lovely, calm and great for kayaking, fishing, and perfect for families. It is also DOG FRIENDLY! The preserve features walking/biking paths, a fresh water lake with trout and largemouth bass, and fantastic bird watching! Plus, our sunsets are unmatched anywhere on the east coast! We are located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, yet just 10 minutes from Downtown Cape May and 15 minutes from Wildwood. Our area is great no matter what the season. In Summer, the cool bay breezes invite you to just kick back with a cocktail and enjoy the sand between your toes. Fall brings festivals seemingly every day. Cape May is absolutely THE Christmas destination- you have to see it to believe it. And Spring offers great, uncrowded access to all of our tours and attractions. Our climate is great, we don't usually get much snow, and even if we do, our roads are FLAT!! The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully fenced yard, central AC/heat, expanded cable and a VERY well stocked kitchen. We supply blankets, pillows, and towels, as well as starter supplies of hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, tp, garbage bags etc. Bed sizes are 2 queens, 1 double, and 1 twin. We love dogs! A second doggie may be considered for a nominal fee. Unfortunately, our insurance says no to a few breeds. Cape May Beach is truly is a very special neighborhood. We have lived here for 22 years and wouldn't live anywhere else! We are sure you will love it also. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
