Legislation has changed in Las Vegas, so with booking our home you can be rest assured your reservation is secure. Fully sanitized and deep cleaned prior to your arrival. We use disinfected wipes on everything, hot water and detergent for linens and towels, floors disinfected. Keyless entry to the home. We also have a hospital grade HEPA filtration system and UV light built into the air ducts to ensure clean air indoors. We also include complimentary water dispenser cooler (also instant hot water) with 5 gallon bottle to get you started. Keurig coffee machine with latte maker included. We see this home as something of a 5-star a-lister; a pinnacle of style with all the glitz of Vegas and a slew of features that appeals to every last passerby. This space has ample room to please. It's a home that’s been built to last and remodeled to please. With a total capacity for the comfy settling in of up to 12 people, you’re not wanton for room to move. No such thing as “too many cooks” in the kitchen...this chef’s haven is open arms and fully stocked: top-notch appliances, plenty of counter space for the chopping, and everything you need to whip up a starlet-worthy brunch and a cup of coffee (because some like it hot). The living room is designed with brand new modern Italian chocolate leather furniture and has a remote controlled LED lighting system to set the mood and add ambiance to any occasion. The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen is fully loaded! Pots, pans, spices, utensils, kettle, toaster... you name it – It has it all! It is beautiful, remodeled and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS, with granite counter-tops, and appliances including over-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
