Just updated with central air to cool you down from your long day at the beach. This perfect shore retreat has everything one could want: large front porch/deck for lounging, literally steps away from the beach (can hear the waves crashing from the house), enclosed outside shower, four big bedrooms, a large family room that can accommodate the whole family and more, 2 bedrooms and FULL bath on first floor for those who may have trouble with steps, and much more. Because this is a true single family home, you don't have to worry about any condo regulations or \ facilities with others. Please note: We do not rent to groups under the age of 25.
