A historic 1910 home has been converted into a modern, spacious, two story condo on a corner lot. This newly updated spacious home with an open layout, updated kitchen and tons of natural light. Outdoor space includes a back patio with a grill and dining table, shared enclosed front porch, and huge roof deck overlooking a newly renovated multi-million dollar park. Our place is a across the street from the park (which is new and fenced in so the little ones can run around!), 1 block to the dog park, 4 blocks to the Washington Mall, 3 blocks to the supermarket and 6 blocks to the beach box (Jefferson Beach, during season), which can optionally use to store your own beach gear. Come stay at our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, pet friendly home (as with most VRBOs in Cape May, you must provide your own sheets and towels). Interested in more room? We can attempt to coordinate with the other two units in the building to provide up to 9 bedrooms! Just let us know. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
