Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash Disposal:
Located at the front of the building on the office side. Kindly dispose of all trash and remove personal belongings before departure.

Access Code: will be sent to you directly closer to checkin time
To lock the door, simply press the padlock icon on the keypad.
Parking:
Please park only in the two designated spots marked #9.

Lovely, clean and bright condo is the perfect rental in North Wildwood. Owner Tarek communicated well and satisfied all my questions and needs. Well equipped with all the amenities. Quick walk to the beach and the heated pool was well kept and clean. Totally recommend this sweet little rental.

Great view of the ocean from 2nd floor balcony, pool was clean and heated. Condo was fully equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.
