About this stay
This is the perfect house for your family and friends to enjoy time togehter on your vacation!! Large outdoor areas like a private deck and HUGE yard are prefect for grilling and enjoying Volleyball, CornHole or any sport you bring with you!! Also have an enclosed porch and and comfortable living room with a large eat in kitchen as well!! TV's in every bedroom and a large TV in the living room. Off the street parking and a HUGE yard for your kids to run around in!! Close to the Bay and Centrally located to walk or drive approx 7 blocks to the beach and boardwalk directly where Morey's Adventure Pier is located - Short walk to the other amusement piers from there!! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings
Events: NO LOUD PARTIES PERMITTED
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: A $200 Pet Fee will apply if bringing one w you!
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
The PREMISES are not available to group type rentals or any persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied/supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein.
Check-in is in person, at our real estate office as outlined in the guest lease agreement. Check out is at 10am sharp.

House was clean and comfortable.Large fenced in yard for our dog to roam free in.Overall a very nice get away spot.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Very clean and the large fenced yard was great for the dogs. Quiet area of Wildwood. Loved the sun porch on the front of the house!
