About this space Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest! We have 4 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our 1st floor charming 3-bedroom, newly renovated 2-bedroom side cottage, 2nd floor 2-bedroom Sea Breeze Bay and 2nd floor 2-bedroom Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free. We rent Saturday to Saturday from June 28 to August 23rd. For Barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend we have a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums. All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze. We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night. New for this year is our enclosed outdoor shower. We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels BUT we are partnering with Chrissy from Island Best Rental to rent sheets, towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids and pretty much anything you need for the beach contact her at chrissy@dontpack.com put the link \ for a 10% discount.
