Spacious Bedrooms sleep up to 8 with ample room in the Living Room to Sleep Additional Guests on the Full Size Sleeper Sofa and the additional Twin Size Sleeper Sofa!!! Sleeps a total of 11 people comfortably!! ENJOY NEARBY CENTENNIAL PARK CONCERT EVENTS FOR FREE!!! Short drive to the boardwalk, or walk to the Convention Center to hop on the Tram Car. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood as you relax with your family and friends! The PREMISES are not available to party group rentals or any persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied/supervised by a parent or legal guardian. To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein. Check-in is in person, at our real estate office between 12pm and 4pm (the office closes at 4pm) The check in time for your rental property is 4pm. You may not access your rental property or park at your rental property prior to 4pm, as outlined in the guest lease agreement. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
