My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The unit was spacious, spotless, and everything looked brand new. It was very convenient, especially with the super easy self check-in process. I didn’t need to interact with anyone during my stay, which I appreciated, but every staff member I came across had a friendly face and a warm smile. Highly recommended!

It’s a newer hotel, so working out the small issues is a given. The room(s) were very spacious, my family and I booked without seeing some of the pictures (I believe they were not uploaded yet) so we didn’t realize that there would be a fully furnished kitchen. The staff we talked to were very welcoming and accommodated us accordingly. We were not informed that there was an event going on at the time we arrived to check in, so at first it was a little overwhelming because we thought that there was a front desk and a receptionist right as you enter the lobby but it seemed a little disorganized because there were guests for the event roaming around the lobby and the front desk was pushed away from the doors itself. However, we were not worried about that because a staff member found us and helped us check in. So overall, very happy to have stayed at Otonomus Hotel and would highly recommend if you need a break away from the city, the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the AI system is interesting to learn about (it gives off a very modern vibe to the hotel scene!)

We were on a family holiday and had a stop in Las Vegas. A quiet place away from the strip was ok because none of the children are 21.

The best shower I’ve had since I came to the US. Hi tech and well equipped apartment. I could easily stay there for a longer period.

The pool are was not finished and that made a longer walk. That might be the only downside to our stay.

I wish there would be a laundry at the facilities for longer stays.
