Beautiful private hilltop location 3 bed/2 bath home w/BBQ, Hot Jacuzzi on huge deck w/lake treetop views from all rooms, 4 min from Tahoe waters, Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, Restaurants, & all the action w/out the noise & busy-ness of town. Sleeps 12 guests w/1 King master w/ bath, 1 queen bdrm, 1 triple bunk bed & living room sofa sleeper. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Outside quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed in the house, violation/s will incur a $1000 fine.
Please be respectful of neighbors. No Smoking in the house or Garage or a $250 additional smoke cleaning charge is applied. Pet fee is $99/pet.
Unplugging, tampering with, or damaging the security camera will incur a $250 fine.

Excellent
Great location, good lake view, nice hot tub, everything was clean and organized! Fun for a weekend with friends, close to heavenly village and downtown but also well stocked with games and entertainment system to stay in!

Awesome place! Quiet and a little secluded, but a 5 min drive to all the action. House has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Management team is exceptional!

This property was lovely and the host was great! It was off the main road, in nature but close to things. House was cute and had everything we needed. Parking was ample for two vehicles. No AC but fans and open windows were enough for us early august. Would reccond and there is a lovley coffee shop nearby.
