Children: Extreme caution: stairs, loft play area, ladder
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties
Events: But MUST require pre-approval from owner.
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Pets: 2 max per stay - Dogs only
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: No smoking in, on, or near the property.
Quiet Hours - especially no partying outside between 9p and 8a
Violation of smoking on or in property (including balcony) is $1000. Violation of quiet hours rule is $1000 plus cost of evictions or official fines.

Excellent
This unit is very convenient to the lake, restaurants and other tourist activities. The townhome was very clean upon arrival and the owner very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Plenty of open area to walk your dogs as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this home with our two dogs. The home was clean, had all the basic necessities, and was conveniently located to all popular spots.

It's a very relaxed and welcoming space, has paths to the woods, and is quite close to shops and some restaurants in Stateline. Overall, a great experience, though I think it's better if you plan to stay at least a week to really enjoy it.
