The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and Keurig making meal preparation a breeze. A spacious dining area is also available for enjoying meals together. Step outside and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the outdoor space. Gather around the cozy outdoor fireplace for evening chats and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor seating area is perfect for meals or enjoying your morning coffee or tea (provided). As part of the HOA, guests have access to a refreshing swimming pool, where you can take a dip and or soak up the Florida sun. Our Airbnb is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short 10-minute drive from the beautiful Florida beaches, iconic Daytona Beach, International Airport and Speedway. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the sandy shores. Beach towels are provided for use. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 5 beds with 2 additional air mattresses (Twin and Queen) available for use, as well as an infant travel bed.
