Three Oars Bungalow is a large 1920`s home located directly across from the beach on the famous A1A (beachfront avenue lol). The house is spacious and boasts 3 large upstairs rooms, one giant downstairs studio with separate access, a huge kitchen/living room/dining room combo and a garage with a ping pong table. Fully stocked and adorably furnished, this laid back bungalow is a surf shack that is close to all the action. Pool and soaking tub in fenced in back yard (not heated). Things to note: Upstairs and downstairs are separate entrances Parking maxes out at 3 spots, and its very tight. The city will tow you if your tires cross over the green line or are on the sidewalk so you may have to get creative with parking. Extra vehicles will need to arrange other parking.
