Video tour of the apartment is available on request. The Neighborhood: Chestnut Street is a major historic street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was originally named Wynne Street because Thomas Wynne's home was there. William Penn renamed it Chestnut Street in 1684. It runs east–west from the Delaware River waterfront in downtown Philadelphia through Center City and West Philadelphia. The road crosses the Schuylkill River on the Chestnut Street Bridge. It serves as eastbound Pennsylvania Route 3 between 63rd and 38th Streets. Other Things to Note: Video tour of the apartment is available on request. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5-day stay. Restrictions apply. We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos. The 1st bedroom did not have air conditioning or fan, was very warm at night.
