These are just a few ways to describe this brand new completely renovated home JUST MINUTES from the heart of Center City Philadelphia that can comfortably accommodate groups of 3 to 16 guests in its big comfy beds. Enjoy the absolute BEST SKYLINE Views in the entire city from the rooftop deck or relax by the fireplace in luxuriously laid out living room. Fresh Linens and towels are provided! Extra guest fees are calculated into the total price and are $15 per guest per night above 4 guests. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was in a great location and had lots of space

Very nice urban property. Great spot for baseball road trip. Easy to access transportation to ballpark and downtown. Rooftop view was a treat. Would highly recommend.
