The House includes 8 beds; 4 Queen Beds, 4 Double Beds, as well as 2 large sofas Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Any evidence of smoking/drugs in the house, or that a party was thrown w/more guest than listed will result charge up to $325 & cancellation.
Only guests listed on reservation guest count may enter property for any period of time during the stay.
