Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time. OTHER HOUSE RULES: ❌ No more than the registered amount of guests are allowed in the home at any time ❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction ❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit ❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit 🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home 🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay ⚠️ Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected through Airbnb.
