Terrible
Marion was absolutely unprofessional with the most disgusting attitude during our stay. My family, friends, and I were being harassed and racially profiled. During our stay Marion proceeded to have her neighbor stalk us during our stay (she claimed they were her assistants). We felt 100% unsafe in this place. Her neighbors were taking photos of the house we were in. The police were called on us unrightfully and Marion also changed the description of her listing while we were trying to situate things with the police. We had a small gathering and Marion attempted to charge us for non-staying guest. Marion then proceeded to make inappropiate comments in our conversation insinuating we were possibly performing theft and vandalism. We had absolutely no reason to do such a thing. She also stated “she felt something wasnt right” when we were booking…so why accept us and put us through this? Marion’s property was not disrespected nor was it left unfit or dirty. We have had issues with the A.C and that didnt get fixed until the last day of our stay, the ice dispenser from the fridge had brown ice coming out, the house also had flies and other bugs. Everytime we reached out to her she proceeded to tell us to “get off her phone” or “stop texting her”. I can’t believe we had to go through this amount of distress over a small gathering and brunch! Very disappointing and unacceptable!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Marion was an exceptional host friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing (if not better!). Marion went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect, and the little extra touches made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Marion, for making our visit so memorable!
