Welcome to The Villa at Rittenhouse — a rare find in one of Philadelphia’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Located two doors from Philadelphia's famous boutique hotel, The Franklin on Rittenhouse, The Villa at Rittenhouse Square is a 5,000 Sq. Ft. pet friendly 4-story home with six levels. There is a total of six individual 1BR units (5 Queen beds and 1 King bed) and 6.5 bathrooms. Each level has a bedroom with its own self-contained unit that offers individual bathrooms and locks for privacy. All six units have their own private bathroom and come equipped with a TV. The property has a washer/dryer located on the third floor hallway in the laundry room. As a small, family-run rental, we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. From the moment you book, we’re here to help with local recommendations and thoughtful hospitality. The property has keyless access and a code will be provided prior to check-in. Parking is available across the street from the property or nearby at Parkway located on 1845 Walnut Street or 20th and Chestnut. First Floor: Living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen area. Second Floor: The 2nd floor has two levels. Each level has its own individual 1BR unit with a private bathroom, lock, and TV. This floor has two units. One rear facing (“2R”) and one front facing (“3F”). The 2R unit has 1 King Bed. The 3F unit has 1 Queen Bed and a bathtub in the bathroom. Third Floor: The 3rd floor has two levels. Each level has its own individual 1BR unit with a private bathroom, lock, and TV. This floor has two units. One rear facing (“4R”) and one front facing (“5F”). The 4R unit has 2 Queen Beds. The 5F unit has 1 King Bed and a bathtub in the bathroom. Fourth Floor: The 4th floor has two levels. Each level has its own individual 1BR unit with a private bathroom, lock, and TV. This floor has two units. One rear facing (“6R”) and one front facing (“7F”). The 6R unit has 1 Queen Bed. The 7F unit has 1 Queen Bed. You are renting the entire property! All together there are 6 bedrooms. Two people per bedroom plus two roll over beds equals 14 people. Roll over beds are available upon request. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
