Sheets were soft and bed was very comfortable.
Issues with WiFi n heat n roku controller, kitchen floor was dirty and hair plastered to the shower wall.

Just what I needed for a weekend at a conference. Cheaper than the big hotel and with plenty of space, including a kitchen to avoid the hefty prices for breakfast and dinner.
