There is a wire gate available to close off the backyard for pets. The house is decorated in mid century modern decor with Leesa mattresses and Brooklinen comforters for an extra cozy night’s rest. Mary Beth is available by text, email and phone Beach Buggy is a local free ride service in the San Marco area that picks up and drops off at the house. The thermostat is preset within a comfortable range: 69-75 degrees: cooling 65-70 degrees: heating There is a queen size air mattress that you can use in the common space and stored in Bedroom 1 Please be advised that a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to all booking cancellations, regardless of the time of cancellation. Fenced in yard was not sufficient due to makeshift wire fence that was falling apart. The beds were very low and made it hard for us retired folks to get in and out of. Besides that we loved the house and everything was good for us. We only stayed the weekend but our family loved it also. If you are visiting someone stationed in Jax its a great place close to restaurants.
