Come to stay in this beautiful cozy home!! Very quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. Perfect for you, family or friends, it has been totally renovated and upgraded exclusively for your stay. 2 bedrooms 2 king beds 1 bathroom Big totally fenced in backyard. 2 minutes to Express way Hospitals 5 to downtown Jax and San Marco 15 to Mayo C. 15 to airport 15-20 to beaches 35 to St Augustine Close to Restaurants, grocery etc,, We require to sign a contract agreement on reservations over 30 days. We also require to do an inspection in the property every other month on reservations over 3 months. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
