Entire House. Every comfort of home: Live Here, Work Here or just visit: speedy wifi, supremely convenient to town and major traffic arteries. This pet friendly charmer has it all, washer/dryer, private parking for 2 cars, close to good restaurants, grocery stores and more. Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer at Baptist and UF Shands are not far via access to I-95. Private outdoor alcove. One friendly house trained pet, under 20 lbs. allowed. Trendy San Marco .5 mile, jags stadium 4 miles, good restaurants close. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Pets are not welcome on the furniture. IF you bring a pet please come prepared with coverlets for a sofa, loveseat and chaise chair.
Please no spicy or strong aroma producing cooking. Can leave lingering smell.
Smoking or Vaping is majorly disallowed. This is a deal breaker and will require a claim against the deposit. This applies to any guests.
