About this stay
Be cozy and comfortable in a beautifully furnished home with anything you could possibly need. Stay in and cook or go out to one of the several restaurants near by. Take a short walk to the St Johns river and enjoy the sunsets. Relax in the back on our hammocks and do a little stargazing. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you bring a pet there’s a bucket in the garage with a trash bag and a shovel outback by the shed. Please pick up after them before you check out.
